We went to South Africa in 1999 to visit Ann’s second cousin Shirley, who lived in Johannesberg. Her family owned two timeshares, on in Pilansberg Safari Park and one in the Drakensberg Mountains. Before that we did a guided tour of the Garden Route, from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town.
